School Wide Updates and Events:
Calling all Lifeguards! We are looking to re-open public swim times a few times per week and we are looking for certified lifeguards to staff it. Please contact Mr. Knoble if you are interested. Times would be between 6:45 – 9pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
Important Daily Reminders for All Students:
Reminder to all students and staff: the athletic hallway by the weightroom and the vending machines are CLOSED during Homeroom and Lunches every day. Students are not allowed to come to that area to purchase drinks or to hang out during either of those times. No passes should be written either. Thank You!
Students, now that winter has officially arrived, we want to remind you of a few things:

There should be no snowball throwing on school grounds before, during, or after the school day. This is a violation of the student code and will be handled as such on a case by case basis.

Our custodians do a great job keeping our walkways clear, but there will be snow or ice buildup at times. When that is the case, follow the advice on the signs you have seen around the building and walk like a penguin to ensure your safety.

Please dress appropriately for the weather, even if you drive to school. The last thing you want is to get stranded in your car on frigid day wearing just shorts and a t-shirt. If you need help securing winter wear, please stop into Student Services and speak with someone in that office about your situation.

Student drivers, use extra caution and give yourself more room and time as you drive on snow-covered parking lots and roads. Winter can be a fun time of year, but a little extra caution and care can go a long way in keeping everyone safe.

Parking Lot Clean up!
Our custodians have noticed an uptick in garbage, red trays, and other items left behind in the south parking lot! Do your part and clean up your mess!
Our custodial staff works very hard to keep our school clean, and they usually do so short-staffed. That said, we expect all students to do their part in cleaning up after themselves at breakfast and lunch. When you and your friends leave a table, there should not be any trays or garbage left behind. Do your part and clean up after yourself.
During lunches, students should NOT be hanging out on the second floor. Classes are running and staff are unavailable to meet because it is also their lunch break, so there’s no reason for students to be on the second floor during lunch time.
Café Logan has a requested that students slow down while checking out for lunch so the cashier can see what’s on your tray. Do NOT just walk out after typing in your number. Thank you very much for your cooperation!
Please do NOT put gum on the red trays OR on the floors! As you can imagine, this is hard to get off and it is very unhygienic! Our custodians & Cafe Logan staff appreciate your attention to this!
